Amphenol RJF TV RJ45 Ethernet Connectors
The Amphenol RJF TV range of Ethernet connectors are designed with harsh environments in mind. Rated waterproof to IP68, the RJF TV RJ45 connectors can withstand what the environment throws at it, even submersion in water up to 1.5m. They are also shock, vibration and traction resistant for extra durability.
RJF TV connectors enable you to use Ethernet Class D or Cat 5e connections with BaseT, 100 BaseTx or 1000 BaseT networks. RJF TV Ethernet connectors also feature the RJStop system which enables you to use a standard RJ45 cordset in a metallic plug, whilst maintaining protection from shocks, dust and fluids.
• IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating
• No cabling operation in field
• No tools required
• Compatible cable: 6mm to 13mm diameter
• 10 BaseT, 100 BaseTX and 1000 BaseT networks
• Cat 5e per TIA/EIA 568B and ClassD per ISO/IEC 11801

Stock number 448-0028 is for use with square flange receptacles that have an olive drab cadmium plating.
Stock number 695-0314 is for use with square flange receptacles that have a nickel plating.
Stock number 448-0034 is for use with jam nut receptacles that have an olive drab cadmium plating.
A panel gasket is also available for the square flange receptacle, see stock number 448-0040
Typical applications for these RJ Field TV series ethernet plugs include railways, radars, shelters, battlefield communication systems and naval.

Amphenol RJ FIELD Assembly — Rugged RJ45 connector
We have several RJ45 connectors certified to be used in Atex Zone 2 environments and 100% tested at 500V during 1 minutes without sparking. Discover our RJFTVX product designed for device group II category 3G. According to EN60079-15 it may be operated within zone 2 and class I, Division 2, as low power non sparking connectors.

Depending on the RJ45 connector you selected, you have different back terminations options that enable you to integrate your receptacle properly into your system:
- Type 1 : Female exit : you can connect with any standard plug and cordset.
- Type1RA : Right Angle female exit : you can connect with any standard plug and cordset.
- Type 2: Cordset with standard plug : you can connect your cordset with your plug to a standard. You can choose your cordset length.
- Type 2 OPEN : Cordset with an open end : you can connect your cordset with a plug that you will mount or directly on a PCB. You can choose your cordset length.
- PC Tails: you can directly solder your receptacle on your PCB.
- Stand-off : you can directly solder your receptacle on your PCB and have a mechanical recovery directly on the PCB in order to avoid any damage on PC Tails.
